Standard includes your storefront plus one system — either online ordering or bookings. Standard Plus includes both, so you can sell products and take appointments on the same website.
Yes — a one-time setup fee, separate from the subscription. It covers building your site, loading your menu or services, adding your photos and details, and configuring ordering or bookings to your rules. The amount depends on how much there is to set up, so we confirm it in your quote before you commit to anything. Larger bespoke work falls under the Custom plan and is quoted separately.
Yes. Both paid plans include two logins — yours and one more — and you choose what each person can see: orders, bookings, messages, the menu, the website, or your visitor stats. Your bank details, billing and the team list stay with you and can't be handed over. Need more people? Extra logins can be added — just ask and we'll quote you.
Same plan, two ways to pay — yearly gives you 2 months free. Standard is B$80/year (vs B$8/month) and Standard Plus is B$150/year (vs B$15/month). The setup fee is the same either way.
By local bank transfer. We send you an invoice, you transfer, done. Online payment options are coming later.
Yes — you get a simple dashboard to change your menu, prices, photos, opening hours and more, anytime, from your phone.
On Standard Plus and Custom, yes — both systems run on the same site, sharing one dashboard and one promo code list. Standard includes one system of your choice, and you can switch or upgrade later.
Yes, on every paid plan. Create codes as a percentage, a fixed amount, free delivery or buy-X-get-Y, with an expiry date, a minimum spend and a redemption limit. Each code can apply to orders, bookings, or both.
Yes. Set a deposit per service and the customer pays that up front, settling the balance when they arrive. If a promo code applies, the deposit scales down with the price automatically.
Cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts. Your subscription simply doesn't renew. The setup fee is one-time and isn't charged again.
